Incredibly good salads, 5 stars and more!

In November during the lockdown, the usual top cuisine with the famous salads. We had ordered take-away and asked to be able to pick it up on plates in style to dine in the van in front of the restaurant. This worked perfectly and it was one of the most unusual culinary experiences in terms of lockdown conditions Otherwise we have been coming for over 20 years and enjoy the unrivaled salads. Everything was perfectly and visually beautifully arranged Many thanks to Thomas and his team who made this beautiful evening possible for us in compliance with the regulations despite lockdown.

Very tasty salads, also something for vegetarians who eat fish. The price is a bit more expensive, but you will be rewarded for it. The restaurant is quaint, the service friendly. You should definitely make a reservation, otherwise it will be difficult to get a seat.

Went there today during our vacation. Everything perfect from the service to the food to the drinks. It went really well even at rush hour. Otto's can only be recommended. Huge salads and great pork loin. Service very friendly and always there for the guest. Price-performance ratio is absolutely right. Any time. Thank you for a great and enjoyable evening. Keep it up.

I have never eaten such a delicious salad. Had the salad with Indian marinated chicken breast. Very friendly service, nice atmosphere, fair (high) prices. Toilet clean. Highly recommended.

We were very disappointed, waited almost an hour for the food and "only" ordered a salad. Salad was totally overloaded with various components, unfortunately also with many that were not on the menu. The only good things were the rump steak strips and the cola. Not a second time ...

I've been coming here for 25 years. The food is as delicious as when you first visited. Very cozy restaurant. Please register in advance if you can, as the restaurant is almost always fully booked. Please bring some time with you, as the meal takes a while. But it is worthwhile in any case. Music corresponds to my year. I can always relax a lot. The visit is a must for every vacation in the Black Forest or in Sasbachwalden. Keep it up. 👍👍👍👍👍

Atmosphere and staff just great. The menu leaves nothing to be desired, fresh cuisine ... perfect creation of the individual components ... the cocktails great ... large portions, bring you hunger. This place is the best in town. Definitely go there !!!!!

The food is consistently very good! The salad platter is very rich and varied, also with exotic components such as couscous salad and chickpeas. The shrimp were very flavorful and fried crispy. It doesn't get any better!

Very very delicious food in a cozy atmosphere. The staff is really trying and the price / performance ratio fits. Looking at the menu will probably make some people think “18 euros for a salad ??” ..... but it's worth it. Super versatile and really tasty. The meat is also cooked to the point and really tasty. The whole thing is nicely arranged for the look. Parking is not really available and you should access one of the public parking facilities. If you have a holiday apartment here, you can also reach the restaurant on foot. Definitely full rating

The Otto’s is a cozy and quaint restaurant that specializes in great salads. Although these are not exactly cheap at first glance, they ultimately convince with a variety of ingredients. Even an avowed “salad refuser” like me was more than convinced in the end. Definitely try it out!

This is a really good restaurant, the salads are vast, varied and really the best I have had anywhere. They also do pizza, but not very well, too much bread and too little topping. But still come for the salads, amazing. Strange table decoration.

Dear friends of the many fine food. Versatile selection, something for every taste. But please do not order too much, the portions are very generous. Leaf salad with ... filet, beautifully piled up, including nothing? But a lot of fine salad, delicious sauce, bacon, mushrooms, onions, carrots / carrots, and much more. Warm service ladies bring wonderful plates to the tables with satisfied guests. Thank you very much the whole team, we felt well and will be back ... eaten too much, no place for dessert ...

They treated us in Spanish and allowed our 2 dogs to go into the restaurant with whom we were traveling (they even put a dish with water without us asking) ❤️ Each delicious dish, the children were given a triple color ice cream with which they hallucinated. If you pass through this area enter and ask for something. 😊

Really friendly, helpful staff! Huge portions and great taste! Everyone comments on the salad (starter/side) already I see but it is very good! I went late just before kitchen closed so was quiet but still nice atmosphere.
